We reserve the right to hold your order up to 2 weeks, to ensure that it is shipped during temperatures that are conducive for product sustainability. If the temperatures will not accommodate shipping after we have held your product order for 2 weeks, we will contact you to let you know the status of your order, when we believe it will be safe to ship, and give you the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Our products are prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with gluten, eggs, dairy, or dairy products, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy. Please use caution if food allergies are a severe condition for you or a loved one.
In the freezer, they retain flavor for approximately one year. However, this is real chocolate, not hydrogenated; therefore, the extreme temperature differences could cause the chocolate to bloom, which is a harmless discoloration that occurs when the chocolate has been through drastic changes in temperature, and the fat separates slightly. Sometimes it causes a whitish-gray color on the chocolate. The product remains perfectly safe to eat, but the appearance can change
We make each batch with an approximately 10-11 month shelf life from the time we make the product. All of our fudge bags are sold with a "Best Buy" date on the back.
Yes, we do offer diabetic fudge via phone orders. Since it requires refrigeration with a shorter shelf life, we only make it upon request. We use Stevia in our diabetic fudge making.

We can ship during the summer (April-September) but require a cold pack to be selected with each purchase. If a cold pack is not selected, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your money. We take quality seriously and do not wish to have a disappointing encounter with our product upon arriving at you melted.
While we do not have a Kosher certification, all of our ingredients are certified Kosher. We hope to have our facility certified in the near future.
No. We still make all of our Fudge O'Bits®, brittles, caramels, toffee, and more in-house. We believe in quality over quantity and hope to present our products to you with the same taste of love and sweetness our Grandma inserted with every batch.
What we buy wholesale is our bulk candies, and we have high standards for their quality, texture, and taste. We only select the best for you because you deserve the best.
Sometimes our items listed on the website, sell-out in-store or through our other selling platforms. We try to keep our site up-to-date, but sometimes things sell out too fast. If that is the case, we will send a similar substitute in its place so you can continue to enjoy the delicious items we have to offer and mark out on your order sheet what is out-of-stock. If we do not have anything similar, we will refund you the money. We will re-list the item once it is back in stock.
